Each institution of higher education receiving a grant under this program must submit a performance report to the Secretary of Education annually after receiving a grant.

Past Program Performance

The U.S. Department of Education analyzes grantees' performance reports to determine which grantees need technical assistance and to make programmatic and funding decisions.
