    The Office of Indian Education will host a series of online webinar sessions to provide technical assistance to individuals applying for either of the two current grant competitons. This week two separate informational webinars are scheduled to discuss State Tribal Education Partnership (STEP) and the Native Youth Community Partners (NYCP) grant initiatives.

    The May 12 webinar session will include:

    The webinar will provide important information about Tribal Education Agencies - their functions, purposes, and their interaction with STEP funding. The webinar will also focus on providing information to potential STEP applicants on developing preliminary agreements and strategies to build collaboration and enhance communication. It is designed to assist potential applicants to prepare their preliminary agreements for the 2015 STEP competition. This webinar will be recorded and archived for a limited time. Presentation for the webinar and questions and answers generated from the webinar will be available to the public.
