New School Districts Eligible for the SRSA Program in each of fiscal years 2002 through 2004.

The school districts on the spreadsheets are the districts in each State that were eligible for a grant under the Small, Rural Schools Achievement (SRSA) program and to use the REAP-Flex authority in each of fiscal years 2002, 2003, and 2004. Any district on these lists that did not make adequate yearly progress (AYP) for the 2004-2005 school year must use its SRSA funds, or any funds it uses under the REAP-Flex authority, in subsequent school years only to carry out improvement activities authorized under section 1116 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. A district may use its funds only for activities authorized section 1116 until it meets its State’s definition of AYP.
