The application for the 2011 competition for the Literacy Information and Communication System (LINCS) Regional Professional Development Centers (RPDCs) is now available via the Grants.gov website. To access the electronic grant application, go to Grants.gov and search for the downloadable application package by the CFDA number (84.191). Do not include the CFDA number's alpha suffix in your search.
