Program Description
This is a $75 million program that provides payments to institutions of higher education (IHEs) to help defray the unexpected expenses associated with enrolling displaced students from IHEs directly affected by a covered disaster or emergency.
Types of Projects
Funds may be used to defray unexpected costs in the areas of tuition, fees, and room and board (e.g., housing and meal plans) that have not already been reimbursed by a third party.
