The amount ($37.5M) in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C column for the row labelled “unallocated” represents 15% of the IDEA Part C supplement that the Department has set aside for State Incentive Grants (SIGs). Any IDEA Part C unallocated amount (not used for SIGs or otherwise) will be reallotted to all eligible states based on the IDEA Part C FFY 2021 funding formula at such time that the Department determines that such unallocated amounts will not be used.
