Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) is the web site of the primary school leaving examination authority for the Caribbean countries. Its examinations are recognized as qualifications throughout the region. Includes extensive information on CXC examinations and links to the national administering authorities.

Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration (CONAHEC) is a tri-national cooperative activity administered by the U.S.-based Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE).

Joint Board of Teacher Education (JBTE) is a regional partnership involving the Bahamas, Belize, and Jamaica to jointly set standards and approve both teacher training and provider institutions. Includes information, documents, and links to recognized teacher training institutions and programs.

Union de Universidades de America Latina (UDUAL) is a regional organization sponsoring extensive cooperative activities, primarily among institutions in the Spanish-speaking countries and Brazil. The site, maintained at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, provides extensive information, documents, statistics, and links to institutions and programs. In Spanish; some Portuguese.

University of the West Indies (UWI) is a unique international public university co-sponsored by the governments of several Caribbean countries, but not belonging to any single national system. There are major campuses in Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago and branch centers in 12 other nations and territories.
