Higher Education Institutions in Africa and Neighboring Islands is a site maintained by the Chemistry Department of Rhodes University, South Africa, that provides good links to postsecondary institutional web sites across the African continent.

WOYAA! is an African web portal designed to resemble the Yahoo! format. It provides extensive links to education and training sites in Africa, but these are best accessed via the search feature or country sections rather than the Education section, which primarily has links related to art and music opportunities. Note that some of the accreditation links are to associations not recognized in the United States.
