Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Annual Reports (PY 2017)

Section 116(d)(2) of WIOA requires States to submit an annual statewide performance report, including information on levels of performance achieved with respect to the primary indicators of performance. For Program Year (PY) 2017, State VR agencies reported some of this information for the first time under WIOA. This data only includes outcomes for the Measurable Skill Gains (MSG) indicator for the VR program because this was the only primary indicator of performance under section 116(b)(2) for which data were available for performance reporting in PY 2017.
