Eligibility Matrix
The FY 2023 Eligibility Matrix consists of programmatic lists of institutions that meet the definitions of the program areas (Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institutions (AANAPISIs), Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions (ANNH), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institutions (NASNTIs), and/or Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) as well as the Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) in the Titles III and V grant programs for FY 2023 and/or hold an open grant in one of those programs. These lists are sortable and filterable for individuals to review. The FY 2023 Eligibility Matrix also includes the statutory lists of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs). Being a current grantee or meeting the definition does not automatically make the institution eligible for new program funding.
The FY 2023 Eligible Institutions for the Minority Science Engineering Improvement Program (MSEIP) are available at this link.
