Kristina Spencer is the Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Ethics and has served in that position since June 2018. She also serves as the Department’s Alternate Designated Agency Ethics Official. Ms. Spencer joined the Office of the General Counsel in January 2011. Ms. Spencer received her B.A. from the University of North Florida and received her law degree from the George Mason University School of Law.
