Northland Community & Technical College (MN): In May 2012, OCR resolved a complaint alleging that the College failed to stop sexual and disability harassment. The President of the College will issue a statement to all College students and employees stating that the College does not tolerate acts of harassment, including acts of harassment based on sex or disability, and the College will review and revise its current policies to ensure that they adequately address and provide the College sufficient options for responding promptly and appropriately to incidents of harassment on basis of sex and disability. The College will also develop and deliver a training program on the College’s policies and procedures regarding the provision of academic adjustments, including auxiliary aids, to disabled students and to all faculty and administrators in the specific College program.
