Capacity Building Institute (CBI)
The National Secondary Transition Technical Assistance Center (NSTTAC) along with the Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)-funded Technical Assistance Centers, will sponsor the CBI in an effort to build state capacity to improve outcomes for youth with disabilities.
