The purpose of the Race to the Top School (RTT) Turnaround Community of Practice (ST CoP) is to create an environment for RTT grantees to come together to share lessons learned and promising practices on turning around persistently low-achieving schools. Through this work, the CoP will produce tools, case studies and papers that will be broadly distributed to all 50 states. The CoP is committed to continually assessing its work to determine what is helpful and what needs to be changed in order to meet state needs and facilitate shared learning.
