| The data collection proposed under this request is included in proposed regulations that would implement section 673(h) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) which requires that individuals who receive a scholarship through personnel preparation projects funded under the Act to subsequently provide special education and related services to children with disabilities for a period of two years for every year for which assistance was received. |
