The National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance conducts evaluations of federally supported education programs and practices. Evaluation Studies Underway lists evaluation projects by topic (literacy, math, teacher quality, and more) and links to information about each study.

The Department's Policy and Program Studies Service supports evaluations of federal education programs. Evaluation Reports presents reports from evaluations of programs in elementary and secondary education, student financial assistance, higher education, and vocational education.

The Department produces an annual Performance and Accountability Report, which includes individual performance reports for the Department's programs.

ExpectMore.gov is a government-wide program assessment collection. It includes ratings for many of the Department's programs.
