Plans for conducting the National Assessment of Vocational Education are available for downloading. The abstract provides an overview of the key policy issues shaping vocational education, the major questions that will be addressed by the assessment, and the general research agenda. The evaluation plan is a more detailed document that describes the policy issues for the NAVE to examine; the full research agenda and research questions; planned studies for the NAVE; and the timeline.
