Evaluation Standard 1 for FY 2009
Evaluation Standard 1 Assesses VR's impact on employment.
Standard 1 includes six performance indicators, three of which are primary indicators.
Indicator 1.1 for FY 2009
Indicator 1.1 measures the change in employment outcomes.
Indicator 1.2 for FY 2009
Indicator 1.2 measures the percent of employment outcomes.
Indicator 1.2 of Standards and Indicators is the employment or rehabilitation rate. In FY 2009 57.94 percent of all individuals who received VR services under an individualized plan for employment and whose service records were closed achieved a successful employment outcome.
Indicator 1.3 for FY 2009
Indicator 1.3 measures competitive employment outcomes. Note: Indicator 1.3 is a primary indicator.
Indicator 1.4 for FY 2009
Indicator 1.4 measures significance of disability. Note: Indicator 1.4 is a primary indicator.
Indicator 1.5 for FY 2009
Indicator 1.5 measures earnings ratio. Note: Indicator 1.5 is a primary indicator.
Indicator 1.6 for FY 2009
Indicator 1.6 measures self-support.
Evaluation Standard 2 for FY 2009
Evaluation Standard 2 assesses equal access opportunity for individuals of all groups and backgrounds.
Standard 2 includes one performance indicator.
Indicator 2.1 for FY 2009
Indicator 2.1 measures minority background service rate.
