BILINGUAL EDUCATION AND MINORITY LANGUAGES AFFAIRS: COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL GRANTS(202) 205-5709 or 205-5716 These grants assist in the implementation of schoolwide bilingual education or special alternative instructional programs for reforming, restructuring and upgrading all relevant programs and operations, within an individual school, that serve all (or virtually all) children and youth of limited English proficiency in schools with significant concentrations of such children and youth.
