APRs must be submitted by the due date so that prior experience points can be calculated.
For most regular UB grantees: November 30, 2011
For regular UB grantees with December 1 start dates: January 20, 2012
For UBMS grantees: December 31, 2011

Help Desk

Beginning November 1, 2011, you will be able to consult the Help Desk via telephone (703-846-8248) or e-mail (UBWEB@cbmiweb.com) about technical problems in accessing and using the Web application. The Help Desk will also be able to assist should you have difficulty with registration.
