The Department has calculated persistence, graduation and efficiency measures based upon the 2006-07 annual performance reports submitted by grantees.

Like the 2005-06 results, the 2006-07 results include grantee-level persistence and graduation rates. Beginning with 2004-05, the grantee-level efficiency measures for 2006-07 are not comparable to the 2003-04 efficiency measures because of changes in the measure and improvements in the methodology used to calculate the efficiency measures.
