NOTE: The appearance of text and figures in a PDF file may not appear as originally formatted, particularly the font size.

Applicants MAY single space all text in charts, tables, graphs, footnotes, quotations, references and captions.

Applicants MUST use one of the following four fonts in size 12-point font only. Applications submitted in any other font, including Times Roman or Arial Narrow, will not be accepted.
