The Department will not conduct a competition for the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) this fiscal year (2011). We are committed to supporting the 2010 grantees and are directing significant staff and technical assistance resources to ensure their success. In addition, we are reviewing the program requirements and ”lessons learned” from the current grantees to help inform our plans for a new competition in fiscal year 2012.
