Extended Deadline for Transmittal of Applications: Closed June 28, 2010
The application deadline for the Promise Neighborhoods Program is 4:30:00 PM, June 28, 2010 (D.C. Time). We strongly recommend that you do not wait until the last day to submit your application. The time it takes to upload the narratives for your application will vary depending on a number of factors, including the size of the files and the speed of your Internet connection. If you try to submit your application after 4:30:00 PM on the deadline date, the e-Application system will not accept it.

The Secretary strongly encourages each potential applicant to the Promise Neighborhoods planning grant competition to notify the Department by submitting this form indicating the applicant’s intent to submit an application for funding. Applicants that fail to provide this e-mail notification may still apply for funding.
