Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Data
Information contained in the spreadsheet posted below is GPRA data for the fiscal year 2005 cohort for the Foundations for Learning programs.
Grantees were required to measure:

  • The percentage of eligible children served by the grant attaining measurable gains in emotional, behavioral, and social development; and
  • The percentage of eligible children and their families served by the grant receiving individualized support from child-serving agencies or organizations.

Grantees selected an instrument or approach to assessing measurable gains; no specific assessment tool was prescribed.
