FY2011
The Department of Defense and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011, P.L. 112-10, was passed by Congress on April 15, 2011. It provides funding for the Department of Education for the remainder of Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2011. The FY 2011 appropriation for the TCCU program is $26,820,252, a reduction of $3,348,748 from the FY 2010 level. Funds for the TCCU program are allocated based on a statutory formula. In addition, mandatory funding of $30 million, appropriated by the Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act (SAFRA), will support continuation awards in the mandatory TCCU program in FY 2011.
