Please be advised that the Core Indicator Framework we sent to you on October 15, 1999 (per Program Memorandum OVAE/DVTE FY 2000–03) has been revised. This revised version is attached and replaces the version dated October 15, 1999. This new version is dated January 2000, and will be posted to our website shortly, along with a copy of this memo.
