| Announcement of final requirements for optional State consolidated applications submitted under section 9302 of ESEA, as reauthorized by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Submitting a consolidated application will allow a State to obtain funds under many Federal programs through a single application. To receive fiscal year (FY) 2002 program funds on a timely basis, a State educational agency's SEA's) application will need to be received no later than June 12, 2002 |
