Rehabilitation Services Administration, Training and Service Programs Division (TSPD) (Aug 07, 2015)
TSPD staff carries out the following activities in administering its programs: monitor grants; review and approve AT state plans and state agency licensing agreements; conduct discretionary grant competitions and process grant awards; coordinate arbitrations for the Randolph-Sheppard program; and work with grantees to develop program performance measures, which are used to evaluate and monitor grantees.
