General Description: Enterprise development and structured aftercare designed to result in advanced vocational preparation, job placement, and adjustment to the community.
Project Objectives: (1) To develop a comprehensive functional treatment model for juveniles within a secure facility to prepare youth for employment and community adjustment and (2) to develop an effective community employment transition (aftercare) program to improve students employment, education, independent live and community adjustment skills.
