Objective: To provide inmates with life skills including communication, decisionmaking, and literacy.To reduce recidivism.To evaluate program and disseminate implementation process and evaluation results.
Procedures: Program will implement individual assessment, tutoring, therapy, social skills training, and literacy instruction through Individualized Educational Plans (IEP).
