Objective: To provide an outcome-based life skills program with transition services.
Procedures: A consortia of businesses and agencies will articulate, develop, and implement this life skills immersion program.This project provides occupational skills training in 21 fields of high employment demand.These programs range from 6 to 40 weeks in length.
Outcomes/Results/Products: Establishment of a consortia which provides life skills instruction and transition services; reduced recidivism; increased job placement.
