OBJECTIVES: To implement a multifaceted life skills program to reduce recidivism.
PROCEDURES: Two to four week class modules are taught. A resource council assists with placements upon release. Follow up is conducted.
OUTCOMES/RESULTS/PRODUCTS: A program model integrating basic and life skills instruction, assessment, counseling, and interagency cooperation is developed, evaluated and disseminated.

TARGET POPULATION (S): Incarcerated adults with 90+ day sentences
