Subject: RE: Date: Mon, 23 Sep 2002 10:27:46 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Hello Laurie, Thank you for your inquiry. The error message from EDConnect that states the "Password is incorrect" is the Error 5 for version 5.1 and earlier, or Error 533 for version 5.2. This error refers to the mailbox password, or Network Password, and occurs when the EDConnect software has something different from what it was last set to. Usually, in order to resolve this error, the Network Password would need to be reset. Since resetting the Network Password requires verifying personal information for the Destination Point Administrator, the school will be contacted directly.
