Welcome to the Department of Education's FREE web-based tutorial, FSA COACH, an introductory course on administering the Federal Student Aid programs. FSA COACH is designed to help build an understanding of financial aid concepts whether you are new to financial aid or a seasoned professional seeking a refresher. We hope you find this course informative and user friendly. FSA COACH lessons can be completed individually or as a full course, allowing you to tailor your training to specific needs.

The 2011-12 FSA COACH course continues to build upon the improvements implemented in the previous revision year. We have included not only programmatic updates but have continued to improve the interactivity of the training and have revised the end-of-lesson quiz so that a passing score of 80% or more must be achieved.
