Reauthorization of the Higher Education Act
Subpart 5--Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarships
Section 417. Section 417 of the bill would extend the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship program in subpart 6 of part A of title IV of the Act for five years and make minor technical and conforming changes.
