Teacher Email Updates Now Available from the U.S. Department of Education

The U.S. Department of Education invites teachers to sign up to receive Teacher Updates. These email updates address hot topics from the Department’s teacher outreach and provide resources to help teachers learn about the latest policy, research and professional issues affecting the classroom.

Some of the recent Teacher Updates have included information on the following:

  • What does it mean to be a “highly qualified” teacher?;
  • A Toolkit for Teachers; and
  • Who’s Responsible for No Child Left Behind?
