Secretary Duncan will participate in a panel discussion with students, teachers and administrators at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley, stressing the importance of educating all young people, including Hispanics. He will highlight the need to fill urgent gaps in the STEM fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
