Correction

    In notice document 96-29549, beginning on page 58938, in the issue 
of Tuesday, November 19, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 58938, in the first column, in the ADDRESSES section, in 
the last line, ``reauth__1ed.gov'' should read ``reauth__1@ed.gov''.
