AGENCY: President's Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for 
Hispanic Americans, Education.

ACTION: Amendment to notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: This amends the notice of an open meeting of the President's 
Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans 
published on August 14, 1996, in Vol. 61, No. 158, page 42235. The 
meeting scheduled for September 4 and 5, 1996, has been postponed. The 
new meeting dates and times are September 26, 1996, form 9 a.m. (EDT) 
until 5 p.m. (EDT), and September 27, 1996, from 9 a.m. (EDT) until 5 
p.m. (EDT). The new location is not yet available, but you may call 
Alfred Ramirez on (202) 401-1411 closer to the date of the meeting for 
that information.
