Correction

    In notice document 96-25709 beginning on page 52778 in the issue of 
Tuesday, October 8, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 52779, in the second column, under Deadlines for Submission 
of Records, in the first paragraph, in the seventh and eighth lines, 
``(45 days after publication in the Federal Register)'' should read 
``November 22, 1996''.
