The U.S. Department of Education (ED), is soliciting proposals for the continued maintenance and operation of the National School-to-Work Office’s (NSTWO) established Learning and Information Center. The Learning Center, in operation since 1995, assists School-to-Work (STW) customers in the search for information, products, and services related to STW. These products and services include, but are not limited to: relevant data, technical assistance resources, legislation, instructional items, and other materials which assist in the design, implementation, sustainability, and evaluation of STW systems, as described in the School-to-Work Opportunities Act (STWOA) of 1994, serving out-of-school youth. This contract will maintain, continuously improve, and expand the Learning Center's services.
