Amendments 0001 and 0002 have been issued. Amendment 0001 made numerous substantive changes to the solicitation document and should be read thoroughly before preparing a proposal. Amendment 0002 provided the Task Order Performance Indicator Form mentioned in the Statement of Work for Task Order Number 2. The link AMENDS.ZIP below contains the text to Amendment 0001, the Task Order Performance Indicator Form discussed above, and a revised PDF version of the Request for Proposal current through Amendment 0002. The RFP as originally released has been replaced on-line with the revised version. If the SOLICIT.ZIP file has previously been downloaded, then the AMENDS.ZIP file is all that needs to be downloaded to prepare a proposal. Otherwise, download both the AMENDS.ZIP and SOLICIT.ZIP files to obtain everything necessary to prepare a proposal.
