This amendment transmits specific changes to the RFP and the Department's responses to questions from potential offerors (Attachment A). 1. Section A.9 Delete December 17, 1998 and replace with December 30, 1998. 2. Attachment 1, Statement of Work Delete 2.2.A.10, Meeting Management Information System (MIS) Reporting Requirements and replace with: "2.2.A.10 Meeting Management Information System (MIS) Reporting Requirements The contractor shall maintain information on a Web site accessible to selected ED offices, including, but not limited to: a) Data provided at least once a week showing the daily number of calls received, the number answered, the number of calls blocked, the number of calls abandoned while waiting, and the average call waiting time from the end of the introductory message. b) Data showing the monthly number of calls answered in up to 25 categories to be determined by the contractor and ED staff. c) A monthly inventory showing the names of publications available at the Information Center, the number ordered, and the number remaining in stock. For publications that are photocopied at the Center, the inventory will show the quantity reproduced instead of the number ordered. d) A monthly inventory showing the materials in stock at the Information Center (such as envelopes), and the number used each week and month. e) Monthly data summarizing the number of calls reporting application processing errors, NSLDS errors, and complaints against lenders, schools, and guarantors. f) Data showing the results of quality control monitoring conducted by the quality assurance unit. g) Monthly data showing quantity and cost of items mailed using the postage meters provided by ED. Weekly and monthly data shall be updated no later than two days after the end of the most recent week or month. All data will be retrievable as lists by week, month, or year, as well as by customized time period. The Web pages for search and retrieval of this information shall be in a format designed by the contractor and approved by ED. The contractor shall also provide in narrative form, weekly and monthly reports noting any continuing problems, status of ongoing projects, and issues awaiting resolution. The contractor shall provide any other MIS reports that ED requests, generally not to exceed 2 reports per month, one-to five pages in length.
