The Broad Agency Announcement is provided in two files, "BAA.WPD" is in
WordPerfect 6.0/6.1 and "BAA.TXT" has been converted to ASCII to allow
viewing online.  Some codes and formatting may have been changed in the
conversion.  Use the version in the word processing format for preparing
comments or proposals.
