The solicitation/synopsis/statement of work is provided in two files,
"RFP.WPD" is in WordPerfect 6.0/6.1 and "RFP.TXT" has been converted to
ASCII to allow viewing online.  Some codes and formatting, especially in the
Price Schedule, may have been changed in the conversion.  Use the version in
the word processing format (WordPerfect) for preparing comments or proposals.

All information/instructions necessary for preparing a proposal is provided
in the file "RFP.WPD".
