The statement of work is provided in two files, each in two formats. 
"ERICSOW5.WPD" and "PTIVSOW5.WPD" are in WordPerfect 6.1 for windows and
"ERICSOW5.TXT" and "PTIVSOW5.TXT" have been converted to ASCII (DOS) Text to
allow viewing online.  Some codes and formatting may have been changed in
the conversion to ASCII (DOS) Text.  Use the version in the word processing
(WordPerfect 6.0/6.1) format for preparing comments or proposals.

Attachments to the solicitation are provided in the file "ATTACH.ZIP".  The
attachments include files in WordPerfect 6.0/6.1 and Lotus 123 formats. 
However, one additional attachment must be obtained via fax by contacting
Yolanda Abney at 202/708-6498.
