The U.S. Department of Education requires the services of a contractor to assist the Commission on Presidential Scholars in fulfilling its responsibility authorized under Executive Order 11155 as amended by Executive Order 12158 with regard to the implementation of the Presidential Scholars Program. The purpose of this contract is to provide technical support to the U.S. Department of Education's Presidential Scholars Program by providing a variety of project coordination and management services.
