Please ignore the previous posting regarding the statement of work.  The statement of work has
not been reposted, however, note the changes made to the statement of work in amendment 2. A
revised pricing schedule has been provided with amendment 2 and is included on the web
page in Microsoft Excel 5.0 for Windows.  Offerors should use the electronic version to prepare
their proposal.  There are six pages within the spreadsheet; one for the base period and each
option period and a summary page.  Offerors need only provide rates and prices for items shown
in red in the spreadsheet for each contract period.  The spreadsheet will automatically total each
contract period and summarize all periods on the last page.  In addition, the following files have
been added:

rfpqna: ASCII and WordPerfect formats of vendors' questions
exhibitf.wpd: New exhibit, Division of Labor
exhibitd.wpd: Revised exhibit d
exhibite.wpd: Revised exhibit e

Also included on the web now are the past performance forms and instructions.  They are also in
WordPerfect 6.1 for windows.
