Targeting and Resource Allocation Study


The U.S. Department of Education requires the services of a contractor to conduct a study of targeting and resource allocation in Title I and other major federal education programs including under Title II: Eisenhower Professional Development Program, under Title IV: Safe and Drug-Free Schools, under Title IV: Innovative Education Program Strategies, and Goals 2000. The study will examine how these federal funds are used to support school improvement and enable all students to meet challenging state content and performance standards for improved student outcomes. Request solicitation RFP-97-031. Anticipated issue date is May 23, 1997 with a closing date of June 24, 1997.Request for copies may be made by telephone, mail, telegram, or in person.
